Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) is seeking a full-time faculty member in the School of Nursing and Patient Support. The role requires an associate degree with medical assisting credentials and at least two years of related experience to provide high-quality instruction to a diverse student population.

Qualifications

• Conferred associate’s degree, and
• Medical or allied health education or training, and
• At least two (2) years of experience related to the profession of medical assisting, and
• Current medical assisting credential in good standing from one of the listed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality instruction meeting diverse learners’ needs.
• Structure classes to align with outcomes and program requirements.
• Utilize technology and resources to support student learning.
• Maintain student records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in college/service activities and curriculum development.
