Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMA or RMA credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a medical assistant.
• Prior teaching or training experience in healthcare education is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of medical assisting principles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and using multimedia resources.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Commitment to an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
