Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare field.
• Equivalent of 15 semester credits hours in the subject field.
• Academic preparation in the specific courses taught.
• Graduation from a healthcare field program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational experience.
• Certification/licensure in healthcare education as applicable.
• Proficient in MS Office and Teams.
• Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Teaches material from the approved curriculum on schedule.
• Evaluates student coursework against outcomes and provides feedback.
• Maintains a positive, student-centered learning environment.
• Advises students on academics, attendance, career readiness, and professionalism.
• Participates in curriculum development and program initiatives.
• Supports online campus instruction and externship supervision.
