Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CMA or RMA credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing medical assistant.
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of medical assisting principles and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for educating and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical procedures, patient care, and medical office administration.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and ethical standards.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and foster student engagement.
• Supervise and guide students during laboratory work, simulations, and clinical practice.
• Assess student progress with evaluations, exams, and practical assessments.
