Job summary

Millennium Physician Group in Naples, FL seeks a Medical Assistant for primary care and specialty clinics. This full-time role is a float position, based in Collier County with a home base in Naples. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM with shifts extending to 5:30 PM; no weekends.

Competitive pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. You will greet patients, take vitals, update histories, maintain EMRs, and support front desk duties and daily clinic flow, within a team-focused

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred.
• 2+ years of experience (primary care experience preferred).
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole).
• Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County).
• Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• EMR experience (Athena preferred).
• Friendly, professional, team-oriented approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Monitor and restock medical supplies
• Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient-centered environment
