Job summary

In addition to clinical duties, the role covers front desk tasks such as scheduling, collecting payor information, and managing patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates unit operations by managing patient flow.
• Responsible for all front desk duties specific to department, including scheduling patients, collecting and verifying patient payor information and other patient documentation.
• Performs patient centered care delegated by Provider.
• Provides a safe environment for patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
