Qualifications

• Direct MA experience or medical field work 1-2 years preferred.
• Licenses: BLS Certification and CMA credentials preferred.
• Knowledge: Medical terminology, EHR proficiency, and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and non-clinical patient services under supervision.
• Take vital signs, document information, and manage patient flow.
• Explain procedures and instructions to patients and families.
• Support with general office tasks and insurance forms as needed.
• Collect specimens or assist with phlebotomy under supervision.
