Qualifications

• Knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
• Strong patient communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for providers and route messages.
• Update & validate patient demographics & insurance.
• Support multiple providers and keep on schedule.
• Monitor patient messages and triage calls.
• Notify patients of lab results and medication refills; obtain prior authorizations.
