The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant program completion or equivalent, a high school diploma, and at least two years of MA experience, with CPR/BLS credentials preferred. Hours vary, with early mornings and late afternoons possible.

Formación

• Two years of clinical Medical Assistant experience.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to MA scope of practice and follows policies.
• Performs rooming/visit tasks including vitals, med history, screenings.
• Assists provider with procedures and lab duties.
• Performs venipuncture, specimen handling, and labeling.
• Administers medications and vaccines as ordered.
• Handles scheduling, referrals, and insurance authorizations.
