Job summary

Unio Health Partners, LLP is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support patient care, coordinate clinic operations, and assist with procedures in a fast-paced practice across California. The role requires EMR proficiency and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of healthcare experience, Urology exposure, and are comfortable with bilingual communication. A Phlebotomy certificate is a plus, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years healthcare experience with EMR.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
• Urology experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care: vitals, intake forms, and patient history.
• Assist with procedures and follow-up care.
• Perform designated office coordinator duties to support clinic operations.
• Submit prior authorizations for medications, procedures, and labs.
• EMR data entry: labs, studies, reports, and authorizations.
• Support front desk duties: scheduling, phones, voicemails, emails.
• Train new Medical Assistants and externs as assigned.
