Millennium Physician Group in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant II to provide clinical and administrative support in outpatient and hospital-based settings. You will help manage patient flow, document accurately, and assist providers under supervision, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST.

Responsibilities include vital signs, intakes, assisting exams, performing EKGs and phlebotomy, processing labs, and coordinating care across settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS certification is required.
• Certification or registration (AAMA, AMT, NHA, or equivalent) required.

Responsabilités

• Take comprehensive patient intakes with vital signs and histories.
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Perform EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Prepare and process lab samples and point-of-care tests.
• Document clinical data in the EHR and coordinate care.
