Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Medical Assistant II to provide clinical and administrative support in outpatient and hospital settings. The role emphasizes patient flow, accurate documentation, and coordination of care under provider supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and BLS certification.
• Experience using EHR systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner or equivalent).
• Obtain and document vital signs accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes and record vital signs.
• Assist providers during exams, procedures and testing with patient safety.
• Prepare, process, and label lab specimens and POCTs.
• Maintain infection control and equipment calibration across clinical areas.
• Document data in the EHR and coordinate care transitions.
