Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check schedules and organize patient flow.
• Escort patients to exam or procedure rooms.
• Assist patients with transfers, dressing, and specimen collection.
• Prepare for exam and collect patient history.
• Check vital signs and perform screenings per provider guidelines.
• Chart and document patient information; assist with phone triage.
• Assist with medication administration and relay instructions to patients/families.
• Handle calls, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Perform prescription verifications with physician orders.
