Qualifications

• Credentialed Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) with one of the listed credentials.
• High School Diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or obtained.
• Ability to perform in-office procedures and manage standard clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify caring, compassionate customer service to create an excellent patient experience.
• Interview and record patients' medical information and measure vital signs.
• Update health maintenance and document medication changes and allergies at visits.
• Perform CLIA-waived tests and in-office diagnostic procedures per standing orders.
• Lead front desk activities and assist with patient scheduling and coordination.
• Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing and ensure accurate results.
