Aufgaben

• Serves as a role model, providing support and training to other medical assistants and staff.
• Identifies and resolves OSHA issues, audits and maintains point of care testing and quality control.
• Greets patients, gathers information, and communicates with providers; manages calls and requests promptly.
• Greets patients, escorts to exam rooms, obtains vitals, performs EKGs, injections and/or phlebotomy, and assists providers.
• Assists with procuring medical records, updates EMR, and handles patient information per policy.
