Job Summary

This position is at our Center for Advanced Care location in Irvine, and will support 10 different medical specialties.

The Medical Assistant I (MA I) is an unlicensed healthcare professional who performs routine technical services within the medical practice settings under the supervision of the physician and the department’s leadership staff. The associate in this role possesses knowledge and skills to function efficiently in the back office and / or front office.

Pay Range

Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $28.77 Maximum $34.54

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: Previous work experience or externship in a healthcare setting.

• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited vocational school having successfully completed requirements for MA.
