The associate in this role possesses knowledge and skills to function efficiently in the back office and / or front office.Pay RangeMinimum $23.00 Midpoint $28.77 Maximum $34.54Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.Experience• Required: Previous work experience or externship in a healthcare setting.• Preferred:Education• Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited vocational school having successfully completed requirements for MA.• Preferred:Training• Required:Specialized Skills• Required: Knowledge and ability to provide appropriate patient care depending on age, cultural, and spiritual needs.
