La Clínica de La Raza is seeking Medical Assistants in Oakland, CA to deliver patient-centered care and support a fast-paced clinic. You will perform at the top of your scope, maintain accuracy and confidentiality, and help care team members with a human-centered approach.

Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, documenting in the EHR, immunizations, specimen collection, and coordinating follow-up care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• MA training program or MA certification preferred.
• BLS certification required or within grace period.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support patient population.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment rooms and set up medical equipment.
• Record patient history and vitals in the EHR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety protocols.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications/injections as directed and manage specimens.
