Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program preferred or six months MA experience.
• Completion of Presbyterian MA Advanced Skills Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MA procedures within the MA scope of work under provider supervision.
• Prepare patient for rooming and exam.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations.
• Suture/Staple removal and dressing changes.
• Collect laboratory specimens and provide basic education to patients.
• Set up aseptic and sterile procedures and perform office-based procedures.
