Third Street Family is seeking a Medical Assistant I to join our Primary Care Team. You will work closely with medical and behavioral health providers to support patient care, welcome patients, and help maintain efficient clinic flow in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Performs basic patient check-in and check-out functions and verifies demographic/insurance information.
• Welcomes patients, prepares them for appointments, and communicates information to the care team.
• Provides clinical support: obtaining vital signs, collecting specimens, assisting with examinations and procedures, maintaining rooms/equipment.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and assists with basic care coordination for continuity of care.
• Collaborates with providers and care team to ensure efficient patient flow and positive experience.
