Job summary

Patient First is seeking a front-line clinical support professional to locate patients, obtain vital signs, triage, and prepare patients for examinations by physicians and nurses.

You will assist with lab orders, EMR entry, and equipment sterilization, while maintaining a clean, organized treatment area and providing warm, professional service to patients. Shift flexibility and ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to hear pages, bells, and phone system.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Locate patients and obtain vital signs; triage and prepare patients for exams and treatment.
• Assist Nurses and Physicians with patient care and follow requests.
• Order lab, x-ray, and medical supplies as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock treatment rooms.
• Follow policies and OSHA guidelines.
