Job summary

The role requires a Medical Assistant diploma or certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and BLS/CPR certification is preferred. Experience across primary, urgent, internal, pediatric, women’s health, or geriatric care is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MA diploma/certificate from MA program required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, pediatrics, women's health or geriatrics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for exams.
• Assist with clinical procedures as directed by providers.
• Perform QC checks on equipment and processes; maintain autoclave sterilization.
• Stock and manage medical supplies and inventory.
• Handle patient check-out and scheduling follow-ups.
• Support triage and patient communication in person, email, and phone.
