Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MA diploma/certificate from accredited program required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in Primary/Urgent Care and related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prep for exams.
• Handle pre-visit planning and chart prep.
• Assist clinicians with procedures as directed.
• Perform QC checks on equipment and processes.
• Operate autoclave for instrument sterilization.
• Stock and restock exam rooms and supplies.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Process standing orders and triage patient needs.
• Assist with patient forms and check-out procedures.
• Respond to patient calls and coordinate follow-ups.
