Job summary

MyCHN (Community Health Network) is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered care team in the Greater Houston area. You will support providers, perform vitals, coordinate referrals, and help ensure high-quality, coordinated care for underserved communities.

The ideal candidate has a Medical Assistant certification or diploma, at least 1 year of healthcare experience, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or diploma.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A patient-focused mindset with a passion for community health.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document vitals, patient history, and screenings
