ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for the Horsham and Philadelphia offices. The role includes welcoming patients, preparing exam rooms, verifying information, assisting with examinations, performing basic lab tests, and patient education. Epic EMR experience and MA certification preferred.

The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday hours, in Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology may be considered in lieu of MA program.
• EMT certification accepted; five years of MA experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients by greeting them in person or on the phone.
• Prepares patients for examinations and accompanies to the exam room.
• Verifies patient information and medical history.
• Supports clinicians during examinations and prepares specimens.
• Performs basic lab tests; maintains sterility and disposables; handles prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Educates patients on medications and post-visit instructions.
• Records examination findings and treatment results; maintains confidentiality.
