We're looking for an experienced and confident Medical Assistant Home Visits who thrives in independent, fast paced, and ever changing environments. This unique role allows you to bring care directly to patients across Reno -whether in within patients' homes, mobile clinic settings, or partnered provider offices.

The Medical Assistant performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures. Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains established quality control standards.

What You'll Do
  • Work independently as the primary MA in a variety of environments
  • Complete in home patient visits and embedded visits in partnered offices
  • Travel throughout Northern Nevada to deliver compassionate, high-quality support wherever it's needed
  • Adapt quickly to different workflows, settings, and patient needs
  • Supporting our fully equipped mobile clinic, providing hands-on patient care as needed
  • Represent our team with professionalism, flexibility, and a passion for community care

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
