Job summary

ExperCARE is seeking experienced and compassionate Medical Assistants to join our Pooler, GA clinic. You will support a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while delivering patient-centered care and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key duties include triage, vitals, EKGs, venipuncture, injections, assisting providers, patient education, and maintaining exam rooms. Flexible scheduling, strong customer service, and licensure or eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability — including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure).
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire.
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history.
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing.
• Venipuncture and injections.
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care.
• Manage patient call-backs and education.
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies.
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment.
