Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association (BLS) for healthcare providers; must be obtained prior to start date.
• One of: Completion of Medical Assistant Program OR at least one year MA work experience OR current active RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Colorado.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient care under clinician direction, gathering information relevant to visit and condition.
• Effective communication with patients via phone and in-person interactions.
