Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and prepare exam rooms, taking vital signs and updating patient information.
• Assist clinicians with procedures including ECGs, venipuncture, immunizations, and sample collection.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment areas and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams to support efficient visits.
• Support with delegated duties and participate in staff meetings.
