Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have certification eligibility within six months for MA credentials (AAMA/AMT/NCCT/NHA/NRCMA).
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient patient flow through the site and prepares patients for examination.
• Assists with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, and specimen collection.
• Prepares and stocks exam rooms and maintains inventory.
• Interacts with patients and care team to promote satisfaction and confidentiality.
• Performs delegated procedures per specialty addendum and physician instruction.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
