Job summary

VIPCARE is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical support and front-end services in a patient-focused primary care setting. You will prepare patients, assist physicians, manage records, and support front-desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

The role requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (RMA/CMA preferred), at least 1 year of MA experience, and proficiency with EMR systems and office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program preferred (RMA or CMA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for provider examination and record vitals in EMR.
• Assist provider with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain complete electronic medical records and patient data.
• Handle front-desk operations: phones, scheduling, inquiries, triage.
• Administer medications and perform CLIA-waived tests as directed.
