Job summary

Inspira Health is seeking a medical assistant to provide clinical and clerical support across our practices in southern New Jersey. You will greet patients, verify insurance information, collect specimens, perform injections, and assist with exams under provider guidance.

The role requires an active Medical Assistant Certification or Registry and CPR/BLS, with EHR experience preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required or higher, with at least one year in a medical setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Active MA certification/registry and CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support per provider guidelines.
• Perform specimen collection and injections/vaccines.
• Enter patient data into the state database and EHR.
• Prepare for exams and take vital signs.
• collect history and assist with procedures.
• Support daily practice huddles and scheduling.
