Job summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a Medical Assistant for a 100% FTE, Monday through Friday schedule. Work at the Charles St. Clinic (1340 Charles St) with on-site support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications include an accredited associate degree or MA program, or 2 years of relevant experience, plus HS diploma or equivalent and CPR certification. Prior clinic experience and computer skills are preferred.

Job description

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Monday - Friday with shift hours between 7:30am - 5:30pm; no weekends and no holidays. You will work at UW Health Charles St. Clinic 1340 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification is required upon hire. Required
• Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
• Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained. Required
