Job summary

Utah Valley Pediatrics in Provo, UT is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our pediatric team. This in-person role focuses on patient care, clinical support, and smooth front-office operations for our children and families.

You will greet patients, take vitals, assist clinicians, administer immunizations, perform basic labs, and document in the EHR. A Medical Assistant program, CPR/First Aid, and pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior pediatric or family practice experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with children of all ages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be fully vaccinated, including the annual influenza. If an accommodation is needed due to medical or religious reasons, an exemption form can be requested.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
