Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated CNA/Home Health Aide to join our residential treatment team in Hammonton, NJ. You will interact with and supervise clients in treatment, support medical staff, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Required NJ CNA/HHA experience and NJ Certified Medical Assistant certification, HIPAA knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) with weekend rotation, paid at $18/hour with shift

Qualifications

• Must have NJ CNA/HHA experience.
• NJ Certified Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health.
• Knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong office and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer phone calls, complete documentation, and filing to support medical staff at the facility.
• Complete and maintain medical records.
• Assist with admissions and the consent process for clients and provide ongoing support during medical appointments.
• Obtain vital signs and urine screens and document outcomes for medical team review.
• Complete lab requisitions on admission, monitor outcomes, and review with the medical team as needed.
• Create and distribute client packets.
• Maintain a safe physical environment for all clients.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively communicate and document changes to client status in charts and/or to the treatment team.
• Support prior authorization and medication ordering processes as needed.
• Schedule follow-up medical appointments and make external referrals for clients as directed by the medical team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$18/hour, with shift differentials

Shift Differentials:

7:00am - 3:00pm - 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00

3:00pm -11:00pm - 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

11:00pm - 7:0 am - 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Sunday) $1.50

• Experience in drug and alcohol/mental health.
• Knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations and applicable laws/regulations, DDAP, and CARF.
• General office skills and organizational ability.
