Job summary

Complete Care LLC in Florida is seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant to support providers by chart prep, patient rooming, vitals and documentation. You will perform routine tasks and report to the provider, ensuring smooth clinic flow.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vitals, and conducting point-of-care testing (UA, A1c, Hb, Flu, Covid & Strep) as well as EKGs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; Athena experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• MA experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Athena EHR is a plus.
• Willing to work at various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charts and pull notes before patient arrival.
• Room patients, take vitals, and document reason for visit.
• Report to the provider and assist during visits.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Time Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will be preparing for each patient visit by preparing charts and pulling notes before their arrival, providing routine support to providers. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vitals, reason for visit and reporting to the provider. The Medical Assistant will also carry out point of care testing for the following, UA, A1c, Hb, Flu, Covid & Strep, also EKG's. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous MA experience. Knowledge of Athena a plus. Bilingual (spanish) also a plus.

MA will be required to work at our various locations if required.

Monday - Friday 07.45am - 5.00pm
