As a Medical Assistant at Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

While we work collaboratively as a group, each patient is assigned a dedicated gastroenterologist, ensuring personalized care and attention.
The Medical Assistant maintains all endoscope equipment in a safe, efficient manner according to OSHA, SGNA, and manufacture guidelines. Maintain work environment in keeping with infection control guidelines to promote quality patient care. Functions within the philosophy, policies and procedures of the ASC and represents the practice within and outside the organization. Works cooperatively with all other staff members. This position reports to the Charge Nurse and ASC Director.
