Las Vegas Urology is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant / Front Office Float to support both clinical and front office operations in Las Vegas, NV. The full-time role blends back-office procedures with front desk duties to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, clinical skills like rooming patients and assisting with procedures, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced specialty practice. CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or ABR-OE preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Room patients, prepare exam rooms, and assist with urologic procedures.
• Check patients in/out and verify demographics/insurance.
• Schedule appointments and process referrals.
• Handle incoming phone calls and perform general clerical duties to support front office operations.
