Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for exams/procedures and maintains exam rooms and clinical area.
• Performs medical history collection and medication refill per protocol.
• Collects and prepares lab specimens/lab requisitions and schedules referrals and/or procedures.
• Identifies actual or potential patient risks and informs the licensed nurse or provider.
• Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and provide front-office support and customer service.
