Charleston ENT & Allergy in Hilton Head, SC, is hiring a Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA) to join a growing team. Duties include patient check-in, triage, scheduling, and assisting physicians with procedures.

Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour to start, commensurate with experience. The role involves front and back office tasks, medication calls, and coordination of pre-certifications with insurers.

Qualificações

• Certified Medical Assistant credentials CCMA, CMA, NCMA or RMA.
• Experience handling front-office and back-office tasks in a clinic.

Responsabilidades

• Check in/out patients and manage clinic opening/closing.
• Triaging patients and assisting physicians with procedures.
• Schedule testing and coordinate with labs and imaging.
• Call in prescriptions and manage allergy injections and vitals.
• Handle tympanometry exams and hospital consultation requests.
• Support front and back office as needed.
• Coordinate pre-certifications with insurance for physicians.
