• Schedule tests and order prescriptions as directed.
• Administer allergy shots and take vitals.
• Perform tympanometry exams for ear pressure.
• Coordinate hospital consultations for physicians.
• Split duties between front and back office as needed.
• Review patient records and insurance pre-certifications.
