Spring Fertility is hiring a Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator in Denver for a full-time, on-site role. Early hours with a 5-day work week, rotating weekends and holidays. You will support the Provider team and handle front desk duties alongside clinical tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), CMA certification (preferred), and current BLS. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Role Summary

Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring, compassionate, and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Provider team to provide exceptional patient care. Our Medical Assistants will also support front desk duties.

• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a clean clinic
• Assisting physicians during clinic procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Current BLS Certification

Employment Type

This is a full-time, 5 day a week, 8 hour shift non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $25-28/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
