Job summary

Spring Fertility Management, LLC is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support our physicians and patient team in Oakland. You will schedule appointments, maintain a clean clinic, and assist during procedures such as saline sonograms and IUI, working closely with a dedicated medical staff.

The position is full-time, on-site with early hours, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, PTO, and fertility-related family leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent requested for candidate consideration.
• Certification as Medical Assistant preferred; BLS is required or preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required or preferred.
• CPT1 certification is preferred for this role.

Role Summary

Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring, compassionate, and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

• Scheduling appointments

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• CPT1 certification – preferred

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $25-28/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
