Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking dedicated Medical Assistants to join our patient‑centric team in San Francisco. You will work closely with physicians to deliver excellent care, schedule appointments, maintain a clean clinic, and support procedures.

This full‑time, onsite role requires early hours and rotating weekends/holidays. Relevant licenses and a bachelor's degree are preferred, with CMA certification and BLS CPT1 encouraged. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Role Summary

Our Medical Assistants engage with our patients day-in and out and they are vital to the patient experience. They are caring, compassionate, and work well together as a team. They work closely with our Physicians to provide exceptional patient care.

• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a clean clinic
• Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• CPT1 certification

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this role is $25-$28/hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
