Job summary

HonorHealth's Superstition Springs Primary Care Clinic in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide front and back office support, escort patients to rooms, and maintain clean, stocked exam spaces with accurate records.

Under the supervision of a Provider, you will perform vital signs, basic procedures, phlebotomy, and clerical duties while coordinating referrals and communications to support timely care for patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an MA training program required.
• Previous medical assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain exam rooms; escort patients to rooms.
• Perform vital signs and assist with exams per clinician.
• Handle front-office tasks: reception, phones, scheduling.
• Manage insurance authorizations and referrals; coordinate care.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy.
