Job summary

Integrated Foot and Ankle Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant – Floater for a primary home office in Moorestown, NJ. The role involves traveling to our Comprehensive Foot and Ankle locations and Sewell office to provide clinical support and ensure top-tier patient care across South Jersey practices.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of MA experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Flexible and willing to travel between practice locations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for their appointments.
• Document chief complaints, medical history, medications, and allergies.
• Scribe physician notes during patient visits.
• Perform digital X-rays.
• Assist physicians during office procedures.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies.
• Answer patient calls and assist with office workflow as needed.
• Provide coverage at Moorestown, Comprehensive Foot and Ankle, and Sewell offices when needed.
