Job summary

Community Medical Centers, Inc. (CMC) seeks a Medical Assistant to join the care team at our Lodi site. The MA will perform intake assessments, vital signs, and assist with immunizations and basic lab tasks, coordinating with licensed clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

The MA will support telehealth visits where possible, document encounters in the EHR, and help maintain smooth patient flow and accurate charting across clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide sensitive, respectful care to diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Performs intake assessments, including history, medication reconciliation, vital signs and testing as needed.
• Sets up Telehealth appointments and conducts intake assessments over the phone or video when possible.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Assists in examination rooms, prepares supplies and supports providers during visits.
