Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to balance patient needs with an efficient office workflow and support physicians during procedures to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Locations include Chantilly, Fairfax, Vienna, Arlington, and Sterling clinics with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturdays. Compensation is $22–$26/hr with paid training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant required.
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Document patient vital signs, histories in EMR/EHR accurately.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, specimen collection within scope of training.
• Document interactions in EMR/EHR systems with accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional patient service in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Support clinical operations across physician offices, clinics, urgent care, hospitals, or home health.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Assistant, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday (some Saturdays)

Locations: rotate between Chantilly, Fairfax, Vienna, Arlington, & Sterling clinics

Compensation : $22-$26/hr Paid training

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).
• Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.
• Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.
• Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
• Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required .
• 2-5 years of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant required .
• Experience performing clinical duties such as vital signs, patient rooming, phlebotomy, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection , required .
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program and/or current CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred .
• Proven patient-facing or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, required .
• Fluency in Spanish & English preferred .
