Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years as Medical Assistant or similar required.
• Must hold HEARTSAVER and NCCT Medical Assistant credentials.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients throughout visits, accompany to exam rooms, and respond professionally to needs.
• Schedule appointments, imaging exams, labs, prior authorizations, and review medical histories.
• Collect and record patient data, prepare rooms, and maintain infection control.
