Job summary

Qualifications

• State or national certification (as required by state) or MA program completion.
• 2 years of current MA experience.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Electronic Medical Record experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Gmail/Word/Excel).
• Ability to communicate in non-English languages as required by center demographics.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow: room patients, take vital signs, complete screenings and medication reviews.
• Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Provide telephonic support for patients (lab results, records requests).
• Administer vaccinations and perform point-of-care tests as allowed by state regulations.
• Import documents into EMR.
• Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations.
• Process orders for durable medical equipment.
• Request medical records from external providers.
